Running Program

Running is one of the best ways to stay fit. However, running is associated with a high incidence of injury. At Apex Physical Therapy we have the skills to identify your biomechanical deficiencies and then address them. We know how important it is for you to stay active and we will get you back running again soon. Our program will address prevention and recovery and will include:

  • Comprehensive lower extremity examination
  • Video analysis of running gait
  • Counsel for orthotics if needed
  • Patient education and tools to allow you to treat yourself
